• A business has joined - now what? What's your process for member engagement?
• Does it differ depending on the size of company?
• For medium to large businesses, are there efforts to engage the member's employees or is the focus on the business owner?
• What is your frequency of contact for new members in the first year?
• Do you track why members joined?
• Do you customize  what you deliver based on reasons for joining?
